This is a Geneva straight razor that was made by the Geneva Cutlery in Geneva, New York. It is Geneva's "Pyramid Brand" model. Geneva razors are top quality. It is not known exactly when this razor was made, but Geneva was in business from 1902 until 1935. So, somewhere during that period. This razor shows practcally no previous usage and is in restored, perfect all around condition. The blade is 5/8 wide, is made of carbon steel with a hollow grind. This blade carries it's original celluloid scales. They are black colored celluloid with a lustrous surface finish. Recently honed and stropped to provide a smooth, close and comfortable shave, this razor comes guaranteed shave ready.
