Please examine your order upon receiving it. If there is a problem with it, contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. Returns sent without prior approval will be returned to the sender. Returns will only be accepted if an item (s) are defective or the wrong item. The returned item (s) must be returned in the exact condition as received. On items returned for any of these reasons a full purchase price refund, plus S&H charges both ways will usually be given.
On OTHER rare occasions if an item is accepted for return, a restocking fee of up to 50%, most likely will be charged. This restocking charge is to help cover the costs of receiving, a light restoration, re-sharpening, and all the re-listing and re-selling and bookkeeping tasks involved, before the item can be placed for re-sale. Then the eventual sale, packaging, mailing, along with all the necessary additional bookkeeping requirements. These tasks are necessary in order to guarantee the razor's quality and company reputation when the item is re-sold.
