This razor was made by hand forging in Germany for distributor F. H. Evans in York, Nebraska. The vintage of this razor is about 1930 give or take 20 years. Both the blade and scales are in superb defect free condition. Showing just a little hone wear, this razor has a 5/8 wide, hollow ground blade that is made of carbon steel. The scales are original and made of genuine bone. They are in near new condition. This is a high quality razor and a very nice shaver. All mechanical aspects of this razor are in like new working order, with perfect smooth opening and closing action, well centered between the scales. This razor was recently honed to provide a smooth, close and comfortable shave, and it is guaranteed shave ready.
